Austin Farm SanctuaryAustin, Texas
Austin Farm Sanctuary was the first to help us out by coming to us and picking up six of our group. Teri, Waylon, Louie, Larry two, Paulette and Merle. Thank you for saving four boys that for sure would have gone to slaughter and possibly would have been in the 87,000 meat recall, so they would have been slaughtered and cut up for absolutely no reason.
Their journey to east coast, North Carolina, they were able to take four, two Mommas and their calves Mandy had her daughter’s and her daughters calf which made her Grandmother. Three went to Gainsville Florida, a Grandmother her daughter and granddaughter. Eight went to Watkins Glen N.Y. where 4 went on to local adopters, all were family and friends.
Later they took 10 to Humane Farming Association, there were total of three families that were all able to stay together.
